Great service overall. The person who helped me today was Jesse. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. Definitely recommend him.

George was very professional and resolved our issue with the inoperable outside electrical outlets. I’d also like to give a positive shout out to Yvonne. I was able to explain everything to her and she was extremely helpful and also a real professional. Thank you George and Yvonne for your assistance with getting this resolved.

I trust FYI for all my plumbing needs. My family had sewer issue and couldn’t use the toilets, washer or tubs in my home. Thanks to FYI plumbing they went to bat for me with the sewer insurance that I have. The owners made sure the work would be covered. Brian the plumber was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the process. Yvonne and Ashly made sure they coordinated dates and kept me informed of the scheduling process. All in all the work passes the city inspection and so far plumbing is working great! If you need a plumbing company that you can trust to get the work done correctly FYI is a safe reliable company to work with.

Great job by Chris & Vlad!! They showed up between the time frame I was given & got straight to work. They had the supplies needed on their vehicle so they didn’t have to run out & get anything. Before I knew it, they were done & no more leaky toilet!! Thanks for the quick repair, promptness, & professionalism. Definitely will call these guys out again! Thanks again l!!

Jesse & and the team ant FYI Plumbing are awesome! They worked with our home warranty to ensure parts were covered and came out quickly to do our AC blower install with professionalism and skill. The staff kept us updated and well informed throughout the process. I highly recommend you support this small business!

I would rate FYI way above 5 stars if allowed. My relationship with them came about thru a home warranty service company n from the 1st contact with them setting up an appointment, to having Blake, repair service rep., coming out 2 check our furnance, 2 the end resulting badly due 2 a negative action on the part of the home warranty company. (American Waters home warranty, which I would give a minus stars to on two separate occassions. OUCH, Learned my lesson. Burn me once shame on U, burn me twice, shame on me. Changing home warranty companies) FYI Contractors has gone far above what would have been required under the circumstances. 

Brian and Isaiah did an amazing job on my plumbing issue’s. They were very thorough, explained every step of the repair and answered all my questions. The repair took more than one day because a permit had to be pulled. FYI was in constant communication with me every step of the repair. I would highly recommend them they were not only thorough and professional but very honest.

Tyler S was fantastic! He and Dylan were prompt, polite, and clearly explained what today’s job would entail. Work was clean and fast. Additionally, I’ve never dealt with freezing temperatures before, so he walked me through how to prep my house for the upcoming storm. Very pleased overall and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

He was so pleasant, understanding, and extremely informative, taking the time to answer all of my questions.
