The FYI VIP Membership Plan (“Membership”) is a preventive maintenance and preferred-customer program designed for residential clients who wish to maintain their Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC systems with exclusive service benefits, priority scheduling, and discounted rates. This plan is not an insurance policy or warranty.
•No trip fees for estimates; discounted diagnostic rate; no overtime fees; priority scheduling; transferable to a new homeowner.
•Discounts on all repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) depending on repair type.
| Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before renewal. FYI reserves the right to adjust rates and benefits upon renewal with written or electronic notice to the member. |
| Membership fees are due in full at the time of enrollment or billed monthly if on an approved payment plan. Fees are non-refundable once the first service or inspection has been completed. Failed or canceled payments may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits. |
| Members receive the following during their active term: No trip or diagnostic fees on standard service calls. No overtime charges for after-hours or weekend service (excludes holidays).Priority scheduling over non-members. Transferable membership to a new homeowner or property address within FYI’s service area. Discounts on all standard Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC repairs. |

Annual electrical safety inspection (panel boards evaluation, wiring/backstab check, receptacle sample, attic splice check, GFCI/ARC-fault tests, voltage verification, smoke/CO detector check). |
Discounts off all repairs, upgrades, and code-compliance improvements. Excludes large-scale rewiring, generator installations, or solar system work unless otherwise specified in writing. |

One (1) free stoppage clearing per membership year (up to one hour of labor; excludes major sewer replacements). |

Additional stoppages, descales, or replacements will be billed at discounted member rates. |

Service Availability & Scheduling: Appointments are subject to technician availability and weather conditions. Emergency or same-day service requests are prioritized for members but not guaranteed. Services are limited to residential systems within FYI’s standard service area unless otherwise approved.
Exclusions & Limitations: This membership does not cover: Costs of replacement parts, equipment, or materials (unless otherwise noted). Damages caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or acts of God. Work performed by anyone other than FYI or its authorized agents. Commercial or multi-unit properties unless enrolled under a commercial plan. Unused annual benefits do not roll over or accumulate.
Termination & Cancellation: FYI may terminate this agreement for non-payment, abuse of program, or unsafe working conditions. Members may cancel in writing within 10 days of enrollment for a full refund if no services have been rendered. After 10 days or after any service, refunds are not issued.
Liability & Warranty: FYI warrants all workmanship for 30 days on repairs completed under this plan. FYI is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from system failures, delays, or third-party products.
Changes to Terms: FYI may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time with written or digital notice. Continued participation in the Membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
