Awesome customer service. FYI promptly responded to my service request. I called the request in midday Sat and, because Mon is New Year’s Day, l did not expect service until Tues. Company came out that Sat evening. Repairmen (Brian and James) were extremely polite and professional, yet personable. Repairs were done efficiently. FYI has serviced my home before and each time I have been extremely pleased with the service. I could not ask for better. FYI’s prompt response made my weekend and got my new year off to a very positive start. Again, awesome service. Highly recommended.

The technician was great and he was able to resolve the issue. He also guided us how to maintain the water heater. It’s all about the experience you give to the customer and we got the best experience possible and would definitely refer and recommend him all the time.
